1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, placing an order, or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayNow, and cash on delivery (where available). Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

3. Delivery and Takeaway
Delivery is available within Singapore only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or third-party couriers. Takeaway orders must be collected within the specified time.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are accepted only if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Food items are non-refundable once prepared or delivered. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Menu and Pricing
All menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and descriptions on this website belong to NJ Classic Indian Cuisine. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
