Return & Exchange Policy

1. No Returns on Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of food, all prepared meals, biryani, naans, curries, and other food items are strictly non-returnable once delivered or collected.

2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made after this window will not be accepted.

3. Refunds for Errors
Refunds will be issued only in cases of wrong items delivered or significant quality issues. Refunds must be requested within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof.

4. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any food products. If you received an incorrect item, we will process a refund or remake the order (subject to availability).

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Customised orders, bulk catering orders, and promotional items are non-refundable. Promotional discounts and vouchers are also non-refundable.
